Terms of Service

Using the Studio

Hit The Road Dude is an independent meme studio. By using the site, you agree to these terms. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the people in the original meme, the account that posted it, or any platform.

Drafts and Video Orders

Preparing and downloading a production draft is free. When checkout is available, buy a one-off video without an account: choose a scene and length, provide an email, complete secure Stripe checkout, then receive a private result page and an MP4 email attachment when it fits. Larger files use a private download link. Test payments are clearly labeled and do not charge real money. Video packs and subscriptions are still being prepared.

Displayed regional prices are in USD. The server determines the final single-video price, which is shown before checkout. Regional prices are determined automatically from your network location.

Generation, Delivery and Failures

After confirmed payment, Yir generates the video from your script and optional reference photo. Generated details, voices, character likeness and lip sync may vary. We do not guarantee an exact copy of the gallery examples. Do not use the service to create unauthorized likeness or voice imitations.

The private result link works for 30 days from ordering. Download a copy to keep it. Keep the email link private; it grants access without a sign-in. If generation is confirmed to have failed, a full refund is initiated to the original payment method. An uncertain provider or email outcome may require a manual check. Email delivery can be delayed; the result page remains available when generation succeeds. Contact support@hittheroaddude.site with your order number for help.

Your Material and Acceptable Use

Use only images, scripts and other material you have the right to use. Do not upload another person's likeness without permission or use the service to impersonate, harass or defame people, infringe rights, distribute harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access. Follow each platform's rules when publishing AI-generated content.

You retain your rights to the material you provide. You allow us and the generation and delivery providers to process it for your requested order. Access to this site does not grant permission to reuse third-party footage, photos or voices.

Accounts and Availability

Guest ordering does not require an account. If you use optional account features, keep your credentials secure. Features may change or become unavailable. For other order or refund questions, contact support@hittheroaddude.site. The date above identifies this version.
